RETURNS & REFUNDS

30-day window
You have 30 days from delivery to contact us about your order.
After 30 days we are unable to process a claim.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items
Please check your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is
faulty, damaged, or is not what you ordered, email us at
holacurvane@gmail.com within 30 days with your order number and
a clear photo. We will send a free replacement or issue a full
refund, and you will not need to ship the item back.

Sizing and fit
Please use the size guide on each product page before ordering.
We are unable to accept returns, exchanges or refunds for items
that do not fit, or for change of mind.

Exchanges
We do not process direct exchanges. If your item is faulty, we
will replace it or refund you so you can reorder.

Order changes and cancellations
Orders can be changed or cancelled within 12 hours of purchase,
provided they have not shipped yet. Email us as soon as possible.

Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method
within 10 business days. Your bank may take additional time to
post the funds. If more than 15 business days have passed since
we approved your refund, contact us at holacurvane@gmail.com.
